Meridian Health has spent five years proving that a healthcare brand can be warm without being vague and precise without being cold. Watching the Clarity campaign land last spring — a claims explainer people actually shared — told me the marketing team is doing the hardest kind of work: making a regulated product feel human. That is the work I want to do next, and the Head of Brand Marketing role is the seat to do it from.
What drives me is the moment a company’s story stops being something the founders tell and becomes something customers repeat. At Northbeam I led the repositioning from a measurement tool to a revenue platform; the new narrative lifted inbound qualified pipeline by 41% in two quarters, but the number I remember is the first time a prospect described us to me in our own words.
Over eleven years I have built brand and demand programmes in consumer and B2B settings — a national retail launch at Halcyon Foods, a category brand refresh at Verge & Co., and a fourteen-person marketing organisation at Northbeam that I hired and still run. I am comfortable shaping a narrative with a founding team and equally comfortable operating against a quarterly pipeline number, and I have learned that the best brand teams do both.
I would bring Meridian a leader who has already made the transition from brand-as-craft to brand-as-growth-engine, and who knows how to carry a team through it. I would welcome the chance to talk about how the next chapter of the Meridian story could be told — and measured.

Boon
