Conditions d'Utilisation
L'accord juridiquement contraignant entre toi et Boon AI lorsque tu utilises le service. Lis-le avant de créer un compte, de connecter une intégration ou de faire un achat.
What you're agreeing to
By using Boon you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. You must be at least 18 and use the service in line with applicable law. Boon is a beta service and AI outputs may be incorrect — you remain responsible for your decisions.
Agentic actions and your responsibility
When you confirm an action — sending an email, scheduling an event, making a payment — that confirmation is a binding instruction from you to Boon. Boon will ask for explicit confirmation for consequential actions, but you're responsible for reviewing them first.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Boon AI, including the website, applications, browser extensions, integrations, AI agents, messaging interfaces, voice or audio features, connected-account features, paid plans, credits, one-off purchases, and any related services made available under the Boon AI name.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and:

By creating an account, accessing Boon AI, using Boon AI, connecting an integration, purchasing a paid feature, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Boon AI.
2. Eligibility
Boon AI is only available to users who are at least 18 years old.
By using Boon AI, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- you will use Boon AI only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law;
- all information you provide to Boon AI is accurate, lawful, and up to date.
If we discover or reasonably suspect that you are under 18, we may suspend or delete your account.
3. Nature of Boon AI
Boon AI is an AI agentic companion designed to support users with personal, professional, educational, career, immigration, legal, administrative, and other high-stakes life goals.
Boon AI may help you organise information, analyse documents, draft content, reason through options, manage goals, connect third-party services, and take actions on your behalf where you authorise it to do so.
Boon AI is currently a beta and experimental service. The service may change, improve, degrade, fail, be unavailable, produce incorrect outputs, or include features that are incomplete, experimental, or subject to change.
You understand and agree that Boon AI is a software and AI service, not a human professional adviser, government authority, employer, school, court, lawyer, immigration adviser, financial adviser, medical provider, therapist, emergency service, or crisis service.
4. Future features
These Terms apply to all current and future Boon AI features, whether made available through the website, web app, mobile app, browser extension, messaging interface, voice or audio product, email agent, calendar agent, connected-account feature, API, automation, workflow, or other interface.
Some features may be subject to additional terms, product notices, plan limits, checkout terms, or integration-specific conditions. If additional terms apply, they will form part of your agreement with Boon AI.
5. Account registration and security
You may need an account to use Boon AI.
You may be able to register or authenticate using email and password, magic link, one-time code, Google, Apple, Microsoft, or other OAuth or identity providers.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials secure;
- maintaining control over your devices and connected accounts;
- all activity occurring through your account;
- promptly notifying us of unauthorised access or suspected compromise;
- ensuring that your connected integrations and permissions remain appropriate.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there is breach, abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk, non-payment, legal exposure, or other misuse.
6. Privacy and cookies
Your use of Boon AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how Boon AI processes personal data. The Cookie Policy explains how Boon AI uses cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, identifiers, and similar technologies.
By using Boon AI, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed as described in those policies.
7. AI outputs and user responsibility
Boon AI uses artificial intelligence. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, offensive, unsuitable, or inappropriate for your circumstances.
You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to rely on any output.
Boon AI does not guarantee that any output will be correct, lawful, complete, safe, non-infringing, suitable, or fit for any particular purpose.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, omissions, communications, submissions, purchases, applications, filings, and reliance on Boon AI.
Boon AI may assist with legal, immigration, education, career, financial, professional, or other material contexts, but it provides informational support only. Boon AI does not make official determinations and does not replace your judgment.
8. No emergency, health, or crisis use
Boon AI must not be used for:
- emergencies of any kind;
- medical advice;
- health advice;
- psychological crisis support;
- self-harm, suicide, or crisis intervention;
- situations requiring immediate professional, medical, emergency, law-enforcement, or public-authority assistance.
If you are in danger, in crisis, or need urgent assistance, contact local emergency services or the appropriate qualified service immediately.
Using Boon AI for prohibited emergency, health, psychological crisis, or crisis-intervention purposes is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
9. Agentic actions
Boon AI may be able to take actions on your behalf where you authorise it to do so.
Actions may include:
- drafting, sending, or responding to emails or messages;
- scheduling, modifying, or cancelling calendar events;
- submitting forms, applications, or filings;
- making purchases or payments using user-authorised payment methods;
- accepting, rejecting, or responding to offers or opportunities;
- applying to jobs, educational programmes, or other opportunities;
- assisting with legal, immigration, administrative, or professional submissions;
- interacting with connected third-party services;
- executing workflows or recurring tasks;
- other actions enabled by current or future Boon AI features.
For consequential actions, Boon AI will generally ask for separate, explicit confirmation immediately before execution, except for predefined low-risk actions that you have authorised in advance.
When you confirm an action, that confirmation is a legally binding instruction from you to Boon AI to perform that action on your behalf.
You are responsible for reviewing the content, recipients, amounts, deadlines, consequences, permissions, and accuracy of any action before confirming it.
Boon AI is not responsible for losses caused by your instructions, approvals, connected-account permissions, inaccurate information provided by you, third-party services, or your failure to review an action before confirmation, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Low-risk pre-authorised actions
You may be able to pre-authorise certain low-risk recurring actions through settings, permissions, workflows, or feature-specific controls.
Examples may include routine reminders, low-risk scheduling actions, non-sensitive drafts, internal task creation, or other actions identified as eligible for pre-authorisation.
You are responsible for configuring and monitoring those permissions. You may revoke or change permissions through the relevant product controls where available.
11. Purchases and payments made through agentic features
Boon AI may be able to make purchases or payments using payment methods, accounts, budgets, spending limits, or permissions that you authorise.
Boon AI will require explicit confirmation and/or user-configured limits for purchase or payment features.
You are responsible for:
- ensuring the purchase or payment is intended;
- verifying the amount, recipient, merchant, terms, taxes, shipping, and refundability;
- ensuring that funds and payment authorisations are valid;
- complying with third-party merchant terms;
- reviewing any recurring or subscription purchase before confirmation.
Boon AI is not the merchant of third-party goods or services unless expressly stated.
12. Connected accounts and integrations
You may choose to connect third-party accounts or services to Boon AI.
Integrations may include Google, Microsoft, Apple, WhatsApp, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, email, calendar, contacts, messaging, productivity, professional, and other third-party services.
Boon AI accesses integrations through OAuth or equivalent API permissions. Boon AI does not ask you to provide passwords for third-party accounts.
You control whether to connect an integration and what permissions to grant. Depending on the service, permissions may include read access, write access, send access, edit access, calendar access, contact access, form-submission access, or other scopes.
You are responsible for:
- reviewing permissions before granting them;
- ensuring you have authority to connect the account;
- complying with third-party terms;
- monitoring connected services;
- revoking access when no longer desired;
- ensuring connected-account data is lawful to process.
Third-party services are not controlled by Boon AI. Their availability, security, accuracy, permissions, APIs, outages, terms, and privacy practices are their own responsibility.
13. User content
"User Content" means any content, data, files, prompts, messages, instructions, uploads, audio, images, documents, feedback, connected-account data, or other material that you submit to, upload to, connect to, or generate through Boon AI.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Boon AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, transform, analyse, summarise, generate outputs from, and otherwise use your User Content solely to:
- provide Boon AI;
- operate features you request;
- process files, prompts, and integrations;
- perform authorised actions;
- maintain security;
- provide support;
- debug and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy;
- comply with law and enforce these Terms.
This licence lasts only as long as necessary for those purposes, subject to deletion, retention, backup, legal, and security provisions described in the Privacy Policy.
Boon AI does not use your prompts, chats, uploaded files, audio, or personal content to train or fine-tune Boon AI's own AI models.
14. AI outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated by Boon AI freely, including for personal, professional, or commercial purposes.
This permission is subject to:
- applicable law;
- third-party rights;
- third-party platform rules;
- the rights of other users or third parties;
- restrictions arising from the data, prompts, or materials you provided;
- any additional terms applicable to specific features or integrations.
Boon AI does not guarantee that outputs are unique, non-infringing, protectable by intellectual property rights, or not similar to outputs generated for other users.
15. User content obligations
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases necessary to submit, upload, connect, process, or instruct Boon AI to use your User Content.
You must not upload, submit, connect, or process content that:
- is unlawful;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, trade secret, contractual, or other rights;
- contains malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, or harmful code;
- contains sexual exploitation content or abuse material;
- unlawfully contains sensitive personal data of another person;
- contains confidential third-party information that you are not authorised to use;
- is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or exploitative;
- is intended to deceive, manipulate, impersonate, defraud, or harm others;
- violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party terms.
You are responsible for any User Content you provide and for any consequences arising from it.
16. Prohibited uses
You must not use Boon AI to:
- violate law or third-party rights;
- commit fraud, deception, impersonation, identity theft, or misrepresentation;
- send spam, phishing, malware, scams, or unlawful communications;
- harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or discriminate against others;
- generate or facilitate sexual exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual intimate content;
- stalk, surveil, or track people without lawful authority;
- scrape, harvest, or misuse personal data;
- bypass, disable, or interfere with safety features, rate limits, filters, access controls, or security systems;
- reverse engineer, decompile, extract, copy, or attempt to derive source code, models, prompts, systems, or non-public technical information except where legally permitted;
- attack, overload, disrupt, scan, probe, or compromise Boon AI or third-party systems;
- build competing datasets, models, or services by misusing Boon AI;
- use Boon AI for weapons development, harmful biological or chemical activity, cyber abuse, malware, or other dangerous conduct;
- encourage self-harm, suicide, crisis behaviour, or emergency misuse;
- submit false, misleading, or unauthorised information in forms, applications, filings, or communications;
- use Boon AI for any purpose that Boon AI reasonably considers abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful.
17. Intellectual property of Boon AI
Boon AI and its software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, names, logos, trade dress, source code, workflows, prompts, systems, databases, documentation, content, and technology are owned by or licensed to Boon AI and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, frame, mirror, or exploit Boon AI or its components.
No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use Boon AI in accordance with these Terms.
18. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, comments, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant Boon AI a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
This does not transfer ownership of your private User Content.
19. Copyright and IP complaints
If you believe that content available through Boon AI infringes your intellectual property rights, contact:
legal@withboon.uk
Your notice should include:
- your name and contact details;
- identification of the protected work or right;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material;
- the location of the material;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised;
- a statement that the information you provide is accurate;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material where appropriate.
20. Plans, subscriptions, credits, and purchases
Boon AI may offer free access, monthly subscriptions, usage-based credits, one-off purchases, paid features, trials, promotional offers, or other commercial plans.
Plan features, limits, pricing, billing cycles, credit rules, usage limits, model access, integrations, agentic capabilities, and availability may vary and may be described at checkout, in-product, or on pricing pages.
You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges applicable to your purchases.
Payments are processed by Stripe and may in the future be processed by other payment providers. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
21. Subscriptions and renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges for the applicable billing cycle until cancellation.
Where required or appropriate, Boon AI may send email notices about renewals, billing, cancellation, price changes, plan changes, or other subscription matters.
You may cancel your subscription through the product controls or the applicable payment or platform process.
Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends, subject to these Terms.
22. Trials and promotions
Boon AI may offer free trials, promotional access, credits, discounts, or limited-time offers.
Trial and promotional terms may vary and may change over time.
If a trial requires a payment method and states that it converts into a paid subscription, you authorise Boon AI or its payment provider to charge you unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Boon AI may modify, withdraw, or limit trials or promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.
23. Credits and usage-based features
Boon AI may offer usage-based credits.
Credits may be consumed by actions such as AI usage, premium model usage, file processing, voice or audio processing, agentic workflows, connected-account actions, automation, or other features.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase:
- credits are not legal currency;
- credits have no cash value;
- credits are non-transferable;
- credits may expire;
- credits may be subject to plan limits and fair-use rules;
- credits are not refundable except where legally required or expressly stated.
24. One-off purchases
Boon AI may offer one-off purchases, including feature unlocks, credit packs, reports, agentic workflows, or other digital products or services.
The applicable scope, limits, and delivery conditions will be described at purchase or in-product.
25. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
Boon AI may issue refunds where there is a clear failure attributable to Boon AI, such as a paid digital service not being delivered due to Boon AI's own fault.
Refunds are not granted merely because:
- you did not like an AI output;
- an output was not what you expected;
- you changed your mind after using the service;
- you failed to cancel before renewal;
- you exhausted credits;
- a third-party service or integration failed;
- your instructions, data, permissions, or confirmations caused the result.
Boon AI may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback abuse, violation of these Terms, or suspicious conduct.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
26. EU and Spanish consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or Spain, you may have statutory withdrawal rights under consumer law.
For digital content or digital services supplied immediately, Boon AI may ask you at checkout to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once performance begins, you may lose your statutory withdrawal right where legally permitted.
If you do not give that acknowledgement where required, access to the paid digital service may be delayed until the withdrawal period expires or the transaction may not be completed.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
27. Price and plan changes
Boon AI may change prices, plans, features, limits, credit rules, or billing terms prospectively.
For existing paid subscriptions, material price changes will apply only after prior notice and in accordance with applicable law.
If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
28. Taxes
Fees may be exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on how they are displayed at checkout and applicable law.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges, unless they are collected and remitted by Boon AI or a payment provider.
29. Availability and changes to the service
Boon AI aims to provide best-efforts availability but does not provide a hard uptime guarantee or service-level agreement unless expressly agreed in writing.
Boon AI may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, limited, or degraded due to maintenance, beta changes, security issues, third-party outages, infrastructure failures, model-provider failures, legal requirements, abuse prevention, force majeure, or other reasons.
Boon AI may add, remove, suspend, limit, modify, replace, or discontinue features at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific paid commitments made to you.
30. Third-party services
Boon AI may depend on third-party services, including AI providers, cloud providers, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising tools, communication providers, identity providers, integration providers, app stores, and connected platforms.
Boon AI is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, performance, security, terms, privacy practices, policies, pricing, or decisions.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms between you and those third parties.
31. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Boon AI at any time.
You may delete your account through product controls where available or by contacting support@withboon.uk.
Boon AI may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, access, integrations, permissions, credits, workflows, or features where we reasonably believe that:
- you breached these Terms;
- you violated law or third-party rights;
- your use creates risk, harm, fraud, abuse, or legal exposure;
- you failed to pay fees;
- your account is compromised or insecure;
- continued access could harm Boon AI, users, third parties, or the public;
- suspension is necessary to comply with law or a third-party platform requirement.
Upon termination, your right to use Boon AI ends. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive, including provisions relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, disputes, and any provisions that by nature should survive.
32. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boon AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Boon AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.
Boon AI does not warrant that:
- the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- AI outputs will be accurate, complete, safe, lawful, or suitable;
- agentic actions will achieve your intended result;
- integrations will remain available;
- defects will be corrected;
- data will never be lost;
- third-party services will operate correctly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
33. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boon AI and Aaron Rodilla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, including loss of business, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, data, use, reputation, expected savings, or third-party claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boon AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will be limited to the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Boon AI in the three months before the event giving rise to liability; or
- fifty euros (€50).
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory duty, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
34. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boon AI and Aaron Rodilla from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your User Content;
- your instructions, confirmations, or authorised agentic actions;
- your misuse of Boon AI;
- your violation of law or third-party rights;
- your connected accounts or integrations;
- your unauthorised submission or processing of third-party data;
- your fraud, abuse, or misconduct.
This clause does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
35. Changes to these Terms
Boon AI may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, Boon AI will provide notice by appropriate means, such as email, in-product notice, website notice, or checkout notice.
Your continued use of Boon AI after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Boon AI and cancel any paid subscription before the changes apply.
36. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence and cannot be waived by contract.
37. Courts and disputes
Before starting legal proceedings, you agree to contact Boon AI at legal@withboon.uk so that the parties can attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
Where legally permitted, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Boon AI will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
If you are a consumer, this does not limit any mandatory right you may have to bring claims in the courts of your place of residence or any other mandatory consumer forum.
38. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Boon AI's prior written consent.
Boon AI may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, financing, operation of law, or transfer of the service, provided that such transfer does not unlawfully reduce your mandatory rights.
39. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
40. No waiver
Boon AI's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
41. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, checkout terms, plan terms, and any feature-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boon AI regarding the service.
